There she is, rolling across toes and banging into the walls of the studio. I still have a few low spots on the weld lines to touch up. The bright shine of the weld lines will disappear when she is sandblasted prior to patina. The trick is to ignore the shiny and look at humps/dips and texture issues. Sometimes feathers can be matched, other times it is more convincing to just re-texture the whole area. Then carefully bang it with hammers and pointy steel bars to “distress” it so it blends in.
